Since joining the Hathaway Companies, Anna developed a particular focus on property management, where her strengths in compliance, operations, and investor relations have become integral to a hands-on, service-driven approach. In 2025, she co-founded Evolve Property Management with partners Daniel Hathaway and Brandon Waters. She brings a unique blend of legal precision, strategic oversight, and operational insight to managing residential communities across the Southeast.

Anna was also instrumental in launching Hathaway’s affiliated private equity firm, Lynx Capital, helping to raise and close nearly $35 million in its inaugural 2019 fund. Since then, Lynx has raised over $200 million and invested in more than 4,000 multifamily units in the Southeast. As Chief Compliance Officer of Lynx Capital, Anna led the firm through its successful registration as an SEC Registered Investment Adviser in 2022.

Her legal and financial background deeply inform her approach to Evolve and property management: balancing efficient, modern systems with comprehensive resident care and owner transparency. Anna is dedicated to maintaining high standards across the firm’s managed properties while driving performance and trust for property owners.

Anna holds a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law, where she served as Senior Articles Editor of the Charleston Law Review, and earned dual undergraduate degrees in English and Advertising from the University of Georgia. She completed her M.B.A. through UGA’s Terry College of Business in 2021.

Outside of work, she enjoys the beach, family time, and volunteering with nonprofits supporting wounded soldiers and autism awareness.
